Jesus Christ Loves You

No matter who you are, where you live, your background, or family history, Jesus Christ loves you. He came to Earth over 2000 years ago specifically to lay down His life, die on the cross, shed His blood to rid humanity of the penalty for sin, so that we could have access to God the Father and be adopted into His family forever. Why did He do that? Because God loves you. He loves all of us.

John 3:16 NIV

[16] For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 

He loves us and wants all of us to have His free gift of eternal life. He created you in your mother's womb for the sole purpose of finding Him, your Creator. That's why humanity is on the Earth.

You were made to live with Him forever.

Acts 17:26-27 NIV

[26] From one man he made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands. [27] God did this so that they would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from any one of us. 

He created us to find Him and be adopted into His family, the Kingdom of God by believing in His Son, Jesus Christ. When you receive Jesus Christ, by believing in His name, this is being "born again."

John 1:12-13 NIV

[12] Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— [13] children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.

We are "born again" which is being born again by the Holy Spirit, by believing in Jesus Christ, God's one and only Son.

1 John 5:1a NIV

[1] Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, ...

We become "children of God" when we are born again. 

1 John 3:1a. NIV

[1] See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!...

No one who believes in His Son, Jesus Christ is rejected!! Nobody!! God loves us THAT much!!!

Romans 10:13 NIV

[13] for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

He created us to find Him, believe in His Son, be adopted into His family, and live with Him forever in heaven.

John 3:16 NIV

[16] For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 

Doesn't that sound amazing? It's all made possible by believing in His One and Only Son Jesus Christ.

Darkness and Light

Friends, if you look around and are tired of living like everyone else around you, if you are "sick and tired of being sick and tired" or if you're life is great and perfect, yet you still feel unfulfilled or unhappy or unsatisfied, there's a reason for it. You're walking around in "darkness." 

Darkness is how Satan keeps people preoccupied with temporary things instead of focusing on eternal things which we were made for. Darkness seems evil but it doesn't have to be, it can be good, acceptable things too. The temporary blinds your eyes to the eternal things. We were made by God for eternity. We were made to find Him. We were made to be adopted into His family.

How do we come out of darkness, out of the temporary? We come to God who is the Light. How? Through Jesus Christ the Son of God.

John 14:6 NIV

[6] Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. 

When we believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Savior of the world, the Only Son of God, we are "born again" by the Holy Spirit. 

1 John 5:1a. NIV

[1] Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God,...

When we believe on His name, we become children of God. Adopted into His family forever.

John 1:12-13 NIV

This is what we were made for. That's the good news of all time. That's the "gospel of Jesus Christ."

We were made to find God and live with Him forever. Through believing in Jesus Christ, we can be adopted into the eternal family of God and live with Him forever. 

That is what God wants for every person He has created. That is what He wants for YOU dear reader. 

John 3:16-17 NIV

[16] For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. [17] For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 

Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God and you will be born again by the Holy Spirit, and you will be adopted into the kingdom of God, the family of God!!! You will have eternal life!! 

Come out of "darkness" into His wonderful Light!!
