As Christians, we have assurance from God that He will always provide and take care of His children. He is always in our midst. He knows your exact situation and circumstances and He says, "Trust Me."
His love is so broad that we cannot even fathom how much He loves us. We can't even put it into words. He made us for His "good will and pleasure," so we can trust Him.
Jesus taught about this in the great "Sermon on the Mount." This is an all inclusive teaching so really read it and digest what he is saying here:
Matthew 6:25-34 NIV
[25] “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? [26] Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? [27] Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? [28] “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. [29] Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. [30] If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith? [31] So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ [32] For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. [33] But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. [34] Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
-The answer? Don't worry. He is right in the middle of your situation and knows what you need. Trust Him. Depend upon Him. Tell Him when you pray/talk to Him everyday. Pursue His kingdom and His righteousness and everything you NEED (not WANT) will be given to you.
1 Peter 5:7 NIV
[7] Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
-He will supply ALL of your needs according to HIS glorious riches by Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:19 NKJV
[19] And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Who can even imagine what that is? "according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus."
1 Corinthians 2:9 NIV
[9] However, as it is written: “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived”— the things God has prepared for those who love him—
We can't even comprehend it!!! But it sure is great news!!!
We can count on Him to give us what we need in life. So no need to worry or be afraid. Trust in God and he will do it by Christ Jesus.
Matthew 7:7a NIV
[7] “Ask and it will be given to you;
He knows everything we need, so ASK Him for it. Then trust Him, have faith in Him to give it to you. Believe you have already received it, that it's a done deal, and it will be yours. That's complete trust in God. You tell him what you need and then wait for Him to do it, knowing He will.
Jesus said it best:
Mark 11:24 NIV
[24] Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
Cut and dry. Plain and simple.
Pursue His kingdom and His righteousness and He'll give us all we need. Just ask Him for it.
No need to worry or be afraid. God loves us. He is in control. He will always provide for us. Just ask Him for it.
